Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and process payments accurately Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly Support guest relations by addressing concerns professionally and ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and wine or beverage pairings to assist guests effectively Uphold sanitation standards through proper food handling, cleaning protocols, and adherence to health regulations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest inquiries gracefully Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus for understanding menu components Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting purposes Experience with host/hostess duties or bussing is advantageous but not required Strong communication skills paired with a friendly attitude to foster guest satisfaction Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests!
