15-25 hrs/week Hiring PT and FT Irvey's Ice Cream Co. is seeking a dependable, high-energy Ice Cream Server to create joyful, efficient, and high-standard moments for every guest—scooping with precision, navigating the POS accurately, maintaining a spotless shop, and embodying the warmth, playfulness, and hospitality of the Irvey's brand. Responsibilities Deliver joyful, guest-first hospitality with every interaction Follow all opening, mid-shift, and closing SOPs Scoop ice cream to exact portion standards Keep the dipping cabinet clean, level, and visually excellent Maintain a clean dining room, service counter, and back-of-house area Complete restocking, prep tasks, and cleanliness checklists Execute POS operations with accuracy and integrity Manage samples intentionally and in line with brand standards Follow allergen and food safety procedures without exception Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and leadership Move with urgency, positivity, and composure during high-volume periods Support teammates proactively—never say "that's not my job" Represent Irvey's brand voice and values in every guest interaction What We're Looking For Prior customer service or food service experience preferred, not required Strong people skills—warm, friendly, positive energy Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Detail-oriented with strong accuracy under pressure Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Perks & Benefits Guaranteed $14/hr Advancement into lead roles Cross-training opportunities Flexible scheduling (must be dependable)
