Restaurant Host, Food Runner (Full-Time & Part-Time) Join a team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality. The Tellico Village Property Owners Association operates a premier 5,000-acre community located along the beautiful Tennessee River and provides outstanding dining experiences for residents and guests. With multiple restaurants throughout the community and our flagship restaurant reopening this summer, we are growing our hospitality team. We are seeking dependable, energetic, and customer focused Restaurant Team Members to join our expanding team. Opportunities are available for Cooks, Bussers, Servers, and Expos. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy serving others, and want to grow in a professional and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service and create a welcoming experience for residents and guests. Assist with food preparation, cooking, serving, and daily restaurant operations. Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems such as Toast. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas while following food safety standards. Support dining room operations through table service, bussing, and guest assistance. Assist team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Follow company standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable, professional, and committed to providing excellent service.
