As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for setting up banquet areas, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Set up banquet tables and dining areas according to event specifications. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for the next service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or special requests promptly. Follow all hotel policies and procedures related to food handling and safety. Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after events. Requirements Previous experience in banquet service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and food handling practices. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. A passion for providing excellent hospitality experiences.
