Job Description

Server / Service Professional (Full-Time & Part-Time) We are looking for experienced, energetic Servers to join our team. You are the face of our restaurant and are responsible for curating a flawless, memorable dining experience for every guest, from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities Hospitality & Sales:
Greet guests warmly, accurately take food and beverage orders, offer informed recommendations, and upsell specials and premium items to enhance the dining experience.
Menu Expertise:
Master our food, wine, beer, and cocktail menus to confidently answer guest questions, accommodate special requests, and address dietary restrictions.
Service Flow:
Deliver food and beverages promptly, check back with tables to ensure satisfaction, and manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Preparation & Cleanup:
Complete all assigned opening, closing, and sidework duties efficiently, including setting up the dining room for service and restocking supplies.
Team Communication:
Maintain clear and constant communication with the kitchen, bussers, and management to ensure smooth service and fast table turnover.
Requirements Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Server in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with Toast or a comparable Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails is highly preferred.
Pace:
Proven ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a consistently fast-paced and demanding environment .
Compliance:
Must possess an ABC permit (or equivalent state-specific alcohol serving license) or the ability to procure one within three days of hire.
Physical:
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk comfortably for up to 10 hours per shift.
Compensation & Next Steps Pay:
$2.13 per hour plus highly competitive tips.
