Job Description
Denny's is looking for outgoing service orientated people to join our team. We have shifts available on all day parts. We provide training for those that like a fast-paced environment, looking to build sales through suggestive selling and possessing an outgoing personality that shows hospitality. No tip sharing
- you keep all you keep all you earn! Must have server experience apply here or stop in to fill out an application Monday through Friday 1pm to 6pm and ask for a manager. Come join our team
- Currently hiring for 3p-11p or 4pm to 12a Overnight shift is compensated at a higher rate Consistent attendance and promptness expected. Open interviews Wednesday 3pm to 5pm excluding holidays Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process orders and payments accurately.
- Ensure food safety standards by handling food properly and following sanitation procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse clientele. Qualifications
- Experience in food service industry with a strong foundation in POS systems, food handling, and customer service.
- Previous restaurant experience demonstrating proficiency in serving, food safety, and guest relations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong time management and sales skills.
- Basic math and cash handling abilities, along with a background in hospitality and guest services.
