STUDENT NUTRITION SPECIALIST
Prepare and serve appropriate quantities of food to meet the menu requirements.
Qualifications:
FOod Handlers Certificate which we will give the information to get.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to understand food preparation and safety instructions Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures. Ability to operate large and small kitchen equipment. and tools.

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations. Major responsibilities, safety, santition cashier, requisitions, ordering, daily food prep, maintain daily food preparation records, promote teamwork and interaction with fellow staff members. Maintain complete confidentiality and performs all other duties assigned by the Director of Student Nutrition or designee.
Mental and Physical demands:
Continual standing, walking, pushing. lifting stooping, bending, kneeling, and climbing small ladder, moderate lifting and carrying, moderate exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
