Dining Room Manager / Food & Beverage Manager Position Summary The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to club members and guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. This position helps create a welcoming dining experience by delivering outstanding hospitality, maintaining club service standards, and ensuring member satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet members and guests promptly and courteously. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage selections. Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Serve food and beverages according to club service standards. Monitor tables and anticipate member needs throughout the dining experience. Refill beverages, clear dishes, and maintain a clean and organized dining area. Process member charges and ensure accurate billing. Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and support staff to provide seamless service. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining rooms, banquet spaces, and special events. Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu changes, and club events. Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Address member concerns professionally and notify management of any issues requiring attention. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred; country club, fine dining, or upscale restaurant experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards. Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
