Duties:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow up with each guest for accuracy of food taken to table
• Clear table of dishes quickly and without breaking anything
• Get refills if customers asks
• Maintain clean tables and clean dining room throughout day
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• interact with our guests to ensure they are having a great experience Great step towards learning how to be a front of house

Team Member Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
