Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety protocols Process cash transactions and credit card payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables and managing sanitation standards Assist in food handling and preparation when necessary to support kitchen staff during busy periods Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Basic math skills for bill calculations and inventory management Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus but not required Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
