Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aldelo express POS , ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items, including specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash and card transactions accurately, including handling cash handling procedures and sales transaction processing Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing and resetting tables promptly Support food safety practices by adhering to sanitation standards, proper food handling procedures, and health regulations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or Mediterranean restaurant experience is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations effectively Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Food safety certification or willingness to obtain necessary food handling certifications Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a lively hospitality environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
