You'll work closely with other team members to ensure the store is ready to welcome customers and provide excellent service.

Logistics:

There are two main shifts. The typical opener shift will start at 10 am, and the typical closer shift will start at 5pm. Closing will be around 10pm/11pm. Shifts will typically be 4-6 hours. Flexibility:

We will try our best to maintain schedule consistency, but some flexibility will also be expected. Shifts will typically be ~ 4-6 hours, but longer shifts will be available when requested and upon approval. Availability for off-site sales is a bonus and preferable. Shifts can alternate based on illness, holidays, and events; team members are expected to help cover one another during absences.
