Job Summary We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our IHOP team. Servers provide exceptional guest experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy their visit. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide excellent customer service Take food and beverage orders accurately Enter orders using tablets into the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly Handle guest payments and transactions Maintain a clean and organized dining area Work closely with kitchen and management staff Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Perform all cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts. Qualifications Restaurant or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Availability for weekends, holidays, and morning. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Assistant Manager or acting supervisor.
