Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions smoothly, including cash handling, credit card processing Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling responsibilities Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Proven track record of upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Join us to be part of an energetic team that values hospitality excellence!
