Your energetic and welcoming presence will ensure guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. You will expertly take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance each guest's visit. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will contribute to a lively, positive atmosphere where guests want to return again and again. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with beverage and food selections. Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, and tips. Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to maximize sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or hospitality settings. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink pairings. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
