Restaurant Management Overview:

We're looking for an server to join a growing Japanese restaurant in Cedar Park, TX! We're looking for a hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic Server who is willing to go the extra mile and grow with us for the long term. What You'll Do Welcome and serve guests with a positive, professional attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area Help with preparing certain items on the menu as needed Go the extra mile to ensure every guest has an outstanding dining experience Process payments and manage orders using our Toast POS system Work closely with the rest of the team to provide smooth, efficient service Follow all restaurant, food safety, and sanitation policies What We're Looking For Must be 18+ to apply (required for alcohol service) Hardworking, dependable, and willing to go above and beyond for guests and teammates Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with Toast POS is a plus Positive, professional, and detail-oriented mindset Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and carry trays/plates safely Why Join Us Servers keep 100% of their own tips — no tip sharing Work hard, provide great service, and you'll take home more money Hourly pay + tips Staff meal discounts What to
