Server (Part-Time)Join the team at La Calabria, an award-winning Italian restaurant nestled in the Texas Hill Country. We're looking for friendly, dependable servers who are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. CompensationStarting wage: $7.25/hour + tip splitTypical earnings: $17 20/hour after tipsSchedulePart-timeThursday through SaturdayApproximately 15 20 hours per weekEvening and weekend availability requiredResponsibilitiesGreet guests with genuine hospitality and guide them through their dining experienceTake food and beverage orders accuratelyAnswer menu questions and make recommendationsMonitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout serviceProcess guest payments accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized sectionComplete opening, closing, and side workWork closely with food runners, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experienceQualificationsPositive attitude and strong work ethicExcellent communication and customer service skillsDependable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPrevious serving experience is preferred but not required we're happy to train the right personWhy Join La Calabria?
