Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong understanding of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Food handling certification or knowledge of sanitation practices required Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Culinary experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
