Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met according to health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle inquiries, and address concerns professionally Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols necessary for safe service delivery Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Serving or host/hostess experience is a plus; experience in bussing or supporting kitchen operations is beneficial Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology enhances service quality Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
