The Dirdie Birdie is landing in Fort Worth's W 7th bar district this June — an immersive, art-filled mini golf course paired with chef-driven food and craft cocktails that are as photogenic as they are delicious. From families and weekday business crowds to the late-night bar scene, everyone gets a great time here — and right now, we're looking for the people to make it happen. The Role Our
SERVERS & CADDY
are the face of the floor — equal parts host, guide, and good time. You'll keep tables moving, steer guests toward the cocktails and scratch-made plates we're proud of, and make every visit feel effortless, whether it's a family at 5pm or a packed bar crowd at midnight. What You'll Do Deliver warm, attentive, genuinely fun service from greeting to goodbye Know the food and drink menus inside and out — components, ingredients, and what to recommend Fire and run tickets accurately, keeping pace through high-volume service Card anyone who looks under 30 and serve alcohol responsibly per TABC standards Keep your section and service stations clean, stocked, and reset Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and support team throughout the shift The Role The HOST sets the first and last impression. You'll manage the door, the waitlist, and golf reservations — keeping the flow steady so the course never backs up and every guest feels welcomed the moment they walk in. What You'll Do Greet every guest warmly and set the tone for their visit Manage the waitlist, seating flow, and golf reservations to keep pace steady Answer phones and field questions about golf, dining, reservations, and events Coordinate with servers and management on table turns and large parties Keep the host stand and entry area clean and organized Help guests with belongings, coats, and course logistics as needed What We're Looking For Prior serving or host experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred A positive, guest-first attitude and strong sense of hospitality Composure and efficiency during busy, late-night service TABC Seller-Server certification (or willing to obtain immediately) Food Handler certification (or willing to obtain immediately) Reliable, punctual, and a true team player What We Offer A brand-new, high-traffic venue in the heart of the 7th Street bar district Generous employee dining discounts (food, beverage, and golf) A fun, energetic team culture with real room to grow as we open and scale Flexible scheduling across day, evening, and late-night shifts
