• managers within our company have all started with us and grown to become strong leaders within the restaurant industry. Expectations within this role include but are not limited to:
• Serving guests with positivity and a sense of urgency.
• Maintaining the dining room space to a high standard through cleanliness and organization.
• Being able to talk to guests and upsell add-ons.
• Bringing guests hot food in a safe manner with consideration to self, other team members, and the guest.
• Conduct cash transactions in a accurate manner.
• Providing excellent guest service with a "guest-first" mindset.
• Assist guests with placing orders through a kiosk system.
• Learn and assist guests with placing orders through Toast.
