SERVERSWe re looking for confident, attentive servers who enjoy creating a memorable dining experience. Fine-dining or upscale restaurant experience is preferred.
Ideal candidates: Have strong communication and guest-service skills Are professional, polished, and dependable Can confidently learn and explain food, cocktails, wine, and menu ingredients Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Maintain attention to detail throughout service Have previous serving experience; upscale/fine-dining experience is a plus TABC and Food Handler certifications preferred/required as applicableFOOD RUNNERSOur food runners play an important role in delivering smooth, organized service between the kitchen and dining room.
Ideal candidates: Are energetic, dependable, and team-oriented Can learn menu items, ingredients, table numbers, and seat positions Communicate clearly with servers, expo, and kitchen staff Deliver dishes accurately and professionally Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentRestaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
EXPOWe re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Expo to help coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room.
Responsibilities include: Checking dishes for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before leaving the kitchen Coordinating ticket timing and proper course progression Communicating clearly with chefs, servers, and food runners Ensuring modifications and allergy information are followed correctly Organizing food runners and directing dishes to the correct tables and seats Maintaining a clean and organized expo station Helping ensure every plate meets Annam s presentation and service standardsPrevious restaurant or expo experience is strongly preferred.
