Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experiences and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Assist with food handling, prep, bussing, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold food safety standards Support team members by coordinating with kitchen staff and ensuring timely delivery of orders Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Demonstrated ability in customer service with excellent communication skills Experience working in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is a plus Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous roles involving serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or nightclub service will be considered valuable Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through energetic service and genuine hospitality.
