Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner with experience in fine dining to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for guest services, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers and kitchen staff with required necessities. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate order timing and special requests. Utilize Toast POS or similar systems for order tracking and communication. Ensure food safety standards are upheld during service, including proper handling and storage of food items. Provide excellent guest services by responding to inquiries and assisting with any needs that arise during the dining experience. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining is required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, servers, and kitchen staff. Bilingual, must speak English and Spanish. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
