Duties Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Manage customer orders with friendly service, upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to ensure sanitation compliance Process retail sales transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling Assist in food safety management by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Support team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean workspace Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and retail math calculations Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant or café setting Time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively Retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not mandatory; a passion for the food industry is key Join us today and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
