Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step in. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and accommodated. Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, supporting food preparation and service flow in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Server or in food service, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cash handling. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and positively. Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills. Basic math skills for billing accuracy, cash handling, and transaction management. Previous experience with food industry tools like culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nights as required in a dynamic hospitality setting.
