Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest service from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and card transactions accurately, handling cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting in food safety and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally and promptly Support beverage service including drink preparation, spirits knowledge, wine pairing suggestions, and cocktail crafting Assist with food handling procedures to uphold health standards and ensure guest safety Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus for energetic environments requiring quick thinking Demonstrated ability in customer service roles with excellent communication skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest feel special!
