Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, demonstrating cocktail experience and spirits knowledge Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments using POS systems; manage cash handling responsibly Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; bus tables promptly and assist with food preparation when needed Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Requirements Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable for reservations is advantageous Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude; guest relations experience is highly valued Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively restaurant or nightlife setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a vibrant environment!
