The Role The Server guides guests through a thoughtful dining experience with genuine hospitality, accurate service, and confident menu knowledge. What You'll Do Welcome guests, learn their needs, and guide menu and beverage selections with confidence. Take, enter, course, deliver, and verify orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain table awareness, anticipate needs, and coordinate with teammates throughout the experience. Communicate allergies, special requests, timing needs, and guest concerns promptly. Process checks and payments accurately and follow applicable cash-control procedures. Complete opening, running, closing, and side-work responsibilities to standard. Benefits & Perks Weekly payroll. What You'll Bring Restaurant service or comparable hospitality experience is preferred. Strong communication, menu-learning ability, attention to detail, and guest awareness. Ability to manage multiple tables and priorities without losing warmth or accuracy. Responsible alcohol-service certification where required, or ability to obtain it promptly. Dependable attendance, professional presentation, and a team-first mindset. Food Handler and TABC Certification Physical & Schedule Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout a restaurant shift. Frequently bend, reach, carry, and move through active guest and service areas. Regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed. Work around food, beverages, cleaning products, noise, and changing temperatures. Maintain availability for a varied schedule that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
