Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper beverage service standards for cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and cleaning procedures Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and wine or spirits pairings to advise guests confidently Handle guest inquiries professionally to foster guest relations and resolve any issues promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques is desirable Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude focused on guest satisfaction Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Food safety certification or training in sanitation practices is beneficial Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences through energetic service, expert knowledge of food and beverages, and a commitment to excellence.
