We're launching a new restaurant concept connected to an established bar. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where food and alcohol service work together. Drinks are crafted upstairs at the main bar and delivered through service—so strong communication and timing are key. We're building a team of servers who can confidently handle tables, understand alcohol, and elevate the guest experience.

Position Overview:

We're looking for experienced servers who are comfortable serving alcohol and stepping into light bartending/service bar responsibilities when needed. This is not a basic serving job—this is for someone who can control a section, upsell, and move with urgency.

Responsibilities:

Provide full-service dining experience (greet, take orders, manage tables) Confidently serve and describe alcoholic beverages and mocktails. Communicate efficiently with the upstairs bar for drink orders Run drinks and food and ensure accuracy/timing Upsell food and premium alcohol options Maintain a clean, organized section Handle high-volume shifts with composure

Requirements:

1-2+ years serving experience (bar experience preferred) Comfortable serving alcohol (must be 21+) Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume environment Utah alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain quickly) Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Bonus If You:

Have bartending experience Understand liquor, cocktails, and upselling techniques Have worked in sports bars or high-volume restaurants Restaurant hours:

Sunday-Thursday:

9 AM - 9

PM Friday-Saturday:

9 AM - 10 PM Flexible shifts available
