Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Support bartenders with drink service, including cocktail preparation and wine pouring, leveraging spirits knowledge and cocktail experience Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through friendly guest relations and attentive service Process cash transactions accurately while handling sales transactions with speed and precision Uphold food safety standards by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Buss tables, refill water glasses, and assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous Demonstrated ability in customer service roles with strong communication skills Knowledge of wine, spirits, beverage service, and cocktail preparation enhances guest interactions Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Previous roles involving bussing, serving, cashiering, or host/hostess duties will support your success in this position Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences!
