Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and food safety standards, including techniques like poaching, braising, grilling, and food production. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure high-volume food preparation meets quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation by following food safety sanitizing procedures and ensuring proper food handling practices. Assist with menu planning and meal preparation for various service types, including catering events and fine dining occasions. Greet customers warmly at the cashier station, process transactions accurately, and handle cash register operations with professionalism. Serve guests promptly and courteously, providing detailed menu information and ensuring an excellent dining experience. Support dietary department needs by understanding dietary restrictions, assisting with dietary accommodations, and maintaining compliance with food safety management protocols. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; experience with high-volume production is a plus. Knowledge of culinary techniques such as knife skills, food handling, poaching, braising, grilling, and meal preparation is desirable. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently is essential. Experience in dietary aide roles or dietary department settings enhances your ability to meet specialized guest needs. Strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitizing procedures, recipe adherence, and food industry best practices is required. Prior catering or fine dining experience will be advantageous for delivering exceptional service in diverse settings. Positions Available Cooks
