Requirements:

Must represent Iron Age Korean Steak House's Values and principles Must follow rules and regulations of Ironage Korean Steak House and all applicable city, county, state and federal laws and regulations Enjoys Guest service and have passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers Must understand the concept of teamwork, communication and leadership Must have excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude Experience in any restaurant preferred Ability to stand and walk for 7 to 12 hours per day Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to learn, understand and follow basic health codes. Active Listening and effective communication skills, with an ability to educate guests about complex dishes. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; basic reading, listening and speaking skills Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
