Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with expertise in drink service Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth service flow Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining experience preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently through effective time management Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Food handling certification and understanding of sanitation practices required Previous experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for better understanding of menu items Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality.
