Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper beverage service standards including drink presentation and garnishing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar, dining room, and kitchen stations Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting tables for new guests Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food safety protocols Engage with guests to foster positive relationships and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Prior experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards in the food industry is desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server Team Member where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
