About Hill Farm Hill Farm is a hospitality company dedicated to connecting guests with sustainable farming and regenerative land stewardship. Through overnight stays, farm experiences, and thoughtfully prepared meals, we create meaningful connections to the land and local food systems. About the Restaurant Located on the historic Hill Farm Inn property in the Equinox Valley, The Restaurant at Hill Farm offers an immersive farm-to-table dining experience. Guests are invited to explore the farm, learn about regenerative agriculture, and enjoy seasonal cuisine featuring ingredients grown on-site and sourced from the surrounding foodshed. The restaurant is housed in a newly constructed barn overlooking the farm and mountains, with indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Position Overview The Restaurant at Hill Farm is seeking servers to join our team. We value collaboration between front and back of house and are committed to creating exceptional guest experiences through warm hospitality, attentive service, and meaningful conversations about the farm and the food we serve. Ideal candidates are dependable, punctual, guest-focused, and willing to contribute to every aspect of service, from the smallest details to the larger team goals. Server Our ideal server candidates have at least a year of service experience, basic wine knowledge and wine service experience. Fine dining and high volume restaurants preferred.
