Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain and repair customer oil burners, boilers, furnaces and related equipment. Commitment to safety in all aspects of the job. Pursue licenses and certifications, as necessary. Skills and Requirements Experience with oil burners, automotive or appliance repairs and a positive attitude. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong time management skills and dependability. Clear verbal and written communication and basic math abilities. Comfort with unpredictable schedules and challenging driving conditions. Enthusiasm for learning new skills, including heat pump install & service and plumbing services. Must be able to bend, kneel, lift, and move heavy objects, climb stairs and work in cold climate. Compensation and Benefits Our technicians are offered a highly competitive compensation package consisting of hourly wages, monthly performance bonuses, overtime, paid time off and benefits package. Pay range between $50,000 - $80,000 Medical Insurance. Company currently pays 100% of Employee premiums!
