Position Overview The Four Chimneys is seeking a reliable, personable, and professional Breakfast Server to join our hospitality team. Breakfast is an important part of the guest experience at The Four Chimneys. Our breakfast dining room is exclusively for registered Inn guests, allowing us to provide a relaxed, personal, and attentive level of service. As our Breakfast Server, you will be the primary front-of-house presence during breakfast and will work closely with our breakfast cook to ensure each morning runs smoothly. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, takes pride in thoughtful service, and understands that small details can make a meaningful difference in a guest's stay. This is a part-time position requiring availability 3-5 mornings per week . Shifts typically begin at 6:30 AM to prepare for breakfast service and conclude around 10:30 AM following cleanup. Scheduled days and hours may vary seasonally based on reservations and Inn occupancy. Key Responsibilities Prepare the dining room for breakfast service and ensure it is clean, organized, and beautifully presented Warmly welcome guests and provide attentive, gracious, and professional service Serve breakfast, coffee, and other beverages efficiently and with attention to presentation Become familiar with the daily menu and confidently answer guest questions Work closely with the breakfast cook to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth flow of service Anticipate guest needs while creating a relaxed and unhurried breakfast experience Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly throughout service Respond to guest questions and requests in a friendly and helpful manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas throughout the morning Wash dishes and assist with kitchen and dining-room cleanup following breakfast service Complete end-of-service duties and leave the breakfast area clean and prepared for the next day Qualifications We are looking for someone who brings warmth, reliability, and attention to detail to their work.

We are happy to train someone who is dependable, personable, and has the right approach to hospitality.
