Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a food‑service environment, demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional guest service, and understand the distinction between simply taking orders and providing full, attentive service that elevates the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately take and process food and beverage orders Enter orders into the POS system in a timely and precise manner and understand how to modify a guests order Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met Monitor assigned tables to ensure an attentive and seamless dining experience Process guest payments and handle all transactions with accuracy and integrity

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to work collaboratively with management and kitchen staff Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed under pressure Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised. Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. High school diploma. VT DLC Certification Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding service

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as dishes. Ability to be presentable, professional and enjoy working with our guests.
