Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining proper drink service etiquette Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items and beverage options to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and sales management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while multitasking between serving tables and processing transactions Knowledge of wine types, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales processing Familiarity with food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your sales skills through upselling techniques, and dedicated to creating an inviting atmosphere where every guest leaves happy!
