Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Washing and returning clean dishes and glassware to the correct place in the kitchen. Clear and clean dining tables promptly to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests. Removed used dishes, glassware, and trash efficiently while maintaining a neat dining area. Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, including sweeping, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking service stations. Assist servers by keeping tables turned over quickly to support efficient guest service during busy shifts. Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and organized restaurant environment.
