Guest Experience:

Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and go above and beyond to ensure they have an incredible visit from the moment they walk through the door.

Versatile Floor Support:

Adapt effortlessly throughout the shift to handle hosting (managing the door and seating), serving (taking accurate orders and delivering delicious pizzas), and bussing (clearing and resetting tables efficiently).

Menu Knowledge:

Guide guests through our menu, confidently answering questions and sharing your enthusiasm for our food.

Team Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain a smooth, high-energy floor rhythm.

Detail-Oriented Cleanliness:

Maintain a spotless, welcoming dining room and service area, strictly adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements A Customer-First Mindset:
