Job Overview We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Graveyard Food and Beverage Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to upsell will contribute significantly to our guests' satisfaction and the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of food and beverage options. Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks. Serve food and beverages with professionalism. Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash or credit payments accurately. Upsell menu items including specialty drinks or premium selections to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting service stations, and adhering to food safety protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff and coworkers to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Must be able to obtain and maintain a WA Food Handler and MAST Permit. We are a high-volume service environment, and we are a Monday - Sunday, 24-hour business.
