The Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of Fresh Pho, guiding our guests through their culinary journey and ensuring they leave happy and eager to return. Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests. Expertly guide guests through our menu, highlighting modern Vietnamese cuisine and making personalized recommendations. Manage multiple tables with ease, ensuring timely food and beverage service. Process orders accurately using our POS system. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For:

Prior serving experience is preferred. A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality. Exceptional ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
