We have openings for a PT or FT roles in our Assisted Living community. As a Dining Server, you will ensure the efficient and pleasant delivery of food to residents and guests, while maintaining high standards of customer service, safety, and proper handling of dining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver meals to residents promptly and accurately, including taking and fulfilling orders. Address resident and guest requests and ensure satisfaction in the dining area. Verify order accuracy and food quality. Report any issues or concerns to management immediately. Assist with meal preparation and assembly as needed, following menu guidelines and safety standards under the direction of the Cook or Dining Services Coordinator/Manager. Adhere to departmental procedures, including sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules. Label and date food products in storage areas and dispose of refuse properly. Set, clear, and clean tables; handle dirty dishes, dispose of waste, and restock inventory as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, team-oriented, and caring attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking, organizational, and flexible capabilities. Clean background check. Food Handler card required within 14 days. Dementia/Mental Health training to be completed within 90 days (training provided).
