Job Description
Provided exceptional customer service in a fast-paced Korean BBQ restaurant by ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. Responsibilities included greeting guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals promptly, and explaining menu items and Korean BBQ dining procedures when needed. Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized dining area. Regularly bus and reset tables to maintain restaurant cleanliness and prepare for incoming guests. Assist teammates with opening and closing duties, restock supplies, and ensure all service stations remained fully stocked throughout each shift. At the beginning of shifts, occasionally assist the kitchen with basic food preparation tasks, such as portioning ingredients, preparing side dishes, and organizing ingredients to support efficient kitchen operations.
