Duties Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, linens, glassware, and silverware with precision and care Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, including wine and drink service, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction Assist with food handling, plating, and presentation to uphold food safety standards and quality expectations Buss tables efficiently during events by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service Engage with guests to provide friendly assistance, answer questions about menu items or beverages, and foster positive guest relations Support catering staff with food preparation or setup as needed to ensure smooth event execution Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred, especially in banquet or fine dining setting Demonstrated guest services skills with a focus on guest relations, customer satisfaction, and hospitality excellence Familiarity with beverage service including wine knowledge and drink presentation techniques Join us in creating extraordinary event experiences!
