Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation quality Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures diligently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Background in customer service roles like host/hostess Ability to work nights and weekends as required by restaurant hours Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Join our team to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant dining environment where your hospitality skills can shine.
