Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring high standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive. Take accurate food and beverage orders Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction through upselling techniques. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, ensuring timely service and addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to uphold restaurant standards. Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices is essential. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus but not required. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed in a flexible schedule.
